JARVIS WHOLESALE RETURNS & WARRANTY POLICY

This policy applies exclusively to purchases made through wholesale.jarvislighting.com (âWholesale Platformâ). For retail transactions on jarvislighting.com, please refer to the standard Jarvis Lighting Returns, Replacements & Warranty policy.
INTRODUCTION
Jarvis Lighting, Inc. (âJarvis Lighting,â âwe,â âus,â or âourâ) is committed to producing quality LED lighting products and providing straightforward, efficient service to our wholesale partners. The procedures below help us resolve issues quickly and accurately while maintaining competitive pricing.
RETURNS POLICY
2.1 General Guidelines
- All returns require a Return Material Authorization (âRMAâ) number issued by Jarvis Lighting.
- Do NOT ship any material before receiving an RMA; unauthorized shipments may be refused.
- Standard catalog items may be returned within 30âŻcalendar days of the invoice date.
- Product must be unused, uninstalled, in original packaging, and suitable for resale.
- Customâbuilt, modified, or privateâlabel products are nonâreturnable.
2.2 NonâReturnable Items
- Tenons and mounting adapters
- Wallâmount brackets
- Light poles
- Photocells and controls preâwired to customer specification
- Products that have been installed, energized, or show signs of wear or damage
2.3 Restocking & Freight Fees
Returns due to Jarvis Lighting error (e.g., wrong item shipped) will receive full credit and prepaid return freight. All other approved returns are subject to:
- Restocking fee: up to 25âŻ% of the original net price.
- Freight: outbound and return freight are the customerâs responsibility.
2.4 How to Request an RMA
Email support@jarvislighting.com with:
- Original purchase order and/or invoice number
- Part number(s) and quantity
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)
Our team will review and, if approved, issue an RMA with shipping instructions. Clearly mark the RMA number on all cartons.
2.5 Inspection & Credit
- Returned products are inspected within 10âŻbusiness days of receipt.
- Credit (minus applicable fees) is issued to the original payment method or as an account credit.
- Items failing inspection for damage or installation marks will be returned to the customer at the customerâs expense.
LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY
3.1 Coverage
Jarvis Lighting warrants that Products purchased through the Wholesale Platform are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the warranty period listed in the specification sheet for the product.
3.2 Exclusive Remedy
During the warranty period, Jarvis Lighting will, at its option, repair, replace, or issue credit for any Product proven defective. Replacement parts may be new or equivalentâtoânew in performance and reliability.
3.3 Exclusions
Warranty does NOT cover damage or failure caused by:
- Improper installation, wiring, or maintenance
- Use with incompatible controls or power conditions
- Misuse, abuse, accident, or alteration
- Acts of God (e.g., lightning, flood)
- Failure to follow applicable electrical codes or Jarvis Lighting instructions
3.4 Warranty Claim Procedure
Email warranty@jarvislighting.com with:
- Original purchase order and/or invoice number
- Part number(s) and quantity
- Detailed description of the issue
- Photos or video illustrating the defect
Our technical team may request additional information or troubleshooting steps. If Product return is required, an RMA will be issued. Upon evaluation, we will determine the appropriate remedy.
3.5 Limitations
- Jarvis Lightingâs liability is limited to the cost of the defective Product.
- We are not liable for labor costs, loss of profits, or incidental or consequential damages.
- Warranty is void if original product labels are removed or defaced.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JARVIS LIGHTING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO PRODUCT USE, RETURN, OR WARRANTY CLAIMS.
